Hsing Yi Quan

The explosive, fiery nature of Hsing Yi Quan

is a great way to blow off steam

after a difficult day and recharge our batteries.

What is Hsing Yi Quan?

Hsing Yi Quan, is an internal martial art (Quan=fist) of form (Hsing) and intention (Yi).

In other words, when practicing the techniques in this art, we use our intention to move our body.

The more we practice in this way, the stronger and more connected these two aspects of our being become.

What is it good for?

At the same time, due to the relatively simple movements, we learn a very effective martial art system and strengthen

our focus, willpower, and self-discipline.

Hsing Yi Quan moves are mostly straight, likened to fire, and the main strategy is to attack in order to defend by combining the two in one.

Why is it different?

The six body-mind harmonies which are the cornerstone of the art, aim at developing physical, emotional, and mental harmony.

The explosive, fiery nature of Hsing Yi Quan is a great way to blow off steam after a difficult day and recharge our batteries.

The six body-mind-harmonies

Internal Harmonies: Will unifies with intention  Intention unifies with energy Energy unifies with power.

External Harmonies: Shoulders align with the elbows – Elbows align with the knees – Hands align with the feet.
