Tai Chi │ Qi Gong │ Hsing Yi │ Bagua Zhang │ Meditation

a modern approach on traditional martial arts training

Why Tai Chi and Qi Gong?

  • improved flexibility and mobility: say goodbye to stiffness and discomfort as you restore fluidity to your movements, enhancing your overall physical comfort and mobility

  • stress reduction and mental clarity: in today's fast-paced world, finding moments of peace can be challenging. Tai Chi provides a sanctuary for your mind, helping to alleviate stress, improve focus, and promote mental clarity

  • better sleep and relaxation: bid farewell to restless nights. Through the meditative practice of Tai Chi, you'll experience deeper relaxation, allowing you to enjoy more restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed

  • enhanced cognitive function: Tai Chi isn't just beneficial for the body – it's also a workout for the mind. Studies suggest that regular practice can improve cognitive function, memory, and problem-solving abilities, helping you stay sharp and focused

Mindfulness session for Forever Living Greece at their Diamond Academy:

"...great techniques and exercises for our personal peace of mind and relaxation. Patrick Karantinos & Forever Living, thank you very much for the special opportunities you give us!"

Anastasia Sp.

Thank you very much Patrick for your help! It was excellent!

Theodore B.

"Patrick gave soft verbal instructions throughout,

though the majority of his guidance came with physical cues

as he demonstrated our next movement.

Simple prompts, like holding a palm to his chest to indicate taking a deep breath, were easy to follow as were hand movements

that demonstrated a need to move with softness and grace.

He’d occasionally come and provide a light hands-on adjustment – gently lifting a hand a little higher, or shifting a foot.

It was such a mindful experience.

All of my senses were engaged in the flow rather than

making assumptions and responding to what I thought I might hear."

Simone visited my outdoor lesson in Athens Greece and published an article about it. It is called "All the right moves" and was published in breathe magazine, 2018 (issue 11)

I have been training for more than 20 years. I love training and I love to teach my arts to other people.
